Yami’s stellar act helps ‘Article 370’ mint Rs 7.4 cr on 2nd day; ‘Crakk’ far behind

The recently released film ‘Article 370’, starring Yami Gautam, collected Rs 7.4 crore on its second day, outshining ‘Crakk’ at the box-office. ‘Article 370’ opened to Rs 5.9 crore, with a 25.42 per cent jump in collections on Saturday, totaling Rs 13.3 crore after two days.

The political thriller drama ‘Article 370’ is based on the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Yami Gautam plays an intelligence officer tackling terrorism in the region, with the film highlighting the emergence of radicals seeking control. The film enjoyed high occupancy and success on its second day.

Despite the tough competition, ‘Article 370’ managed to stay ahead in the box-office race track, proving to be a strong contender.

The trailer of ‘Article 370’ portrayed the intense narrative of terrorism and the role of intelligence agencies in combating it. With Yami Gautam in a pivotal role, the film attracted audiences with its gripping storyline and action-packed sequences. The discounted ticket rates on Cinema Lovers’ Day also contributed to the film’s successful run in theaters.
