Viral Video: Riley Strain’s Last Interaction With Police Before Disappearing

A video is going viral on social media showing Riley Strain talking to a police officer right before he went missing. According to Nashville Police, Riley Strain, aged 22, met Officer Reginald Young on March 8 regarding the car burglary that happened on Gay Street, south of the Woodland Street Bridge. In the clip, he can be seen exchanging pleasantries with Officer Reginald Young on Gay St., south of the Woodland St. Bridge, on the night of March 8.

It should be noted that he doesn’t look distressed or sad. Officer Young was performing his official duties regarding a vehicle burglary and was there for around 45 min.

Video Of Missing Missouri student Riley Strain dominates the media

In the viral clip posted on Twitter/X, Nashville PD stated, “No video has been discovered that shows Riley away from Gay St after the 9:52 p.m. timeframe.”

Later in the night, Riley got drunk and has been missing since then. According to Times Now World, Riley, along with his Delta Chi fraternity brothers, were in their formals. On Sunday, officials discovered his bank cards near Gay Street and the Cumberland River.

Till now, the police have ruled out any kind of foul play. Police have also stated that Riley was seen on March 12 at Gay Street. The investigation for Riley Strain is still in progress. Nashville Metro PD stated to the public,

“An MNPD helicopter searched that area today, including the riverbank. Detectives on the ground also searched, but to no avail. The investigation as to his whereabouts is active.”

It has been stated that the police are searching for his whereabouts on foot and on water. They have also deployed sonar-equipped boats on the river to get any leads regarding Riley.
