Halley Kate, the social media influencer, took to the internet and posted a video.
In the video she could be seen walking on the streets of New York City in broad daylight,
Halley Kate claimed that she was punched in the face. The NYPD confirmed that Kate also filed a complaint regarding the same.
NYPD officers confirmed that the mishap happened when the 23-year-old “was walking in the vicinity of West 16th Street and 7 Avenue, when an unknown individual hit her in the head.”
Officers added, “The victim fell to the ground and suffered injuries to the left side of her face [and] was treated at a local medical facility.”

According to New York Post, after being punched in the face, Halley Kate recorded an emotional video. Until now, the video has over 27 million views.
Tears could be spotted rolling down Kate’s face when she stated,
“You guys, I was literally just walking, and a man came up and punched me in the face”.
She added,
“Oh my god, it was so bad, I can’t even talk.”
The 23-year-old has more than one million followers on TikTok. She told her fans that after the assault, she fell to the ground and lost consciousness.
Kate’s Follow-Up Videos
As her first video went viral, she posted a follow-up video. In the video she disclosed what she explained as a “devil horn-looking bump on the left side of her forehead.”
She could be heard saying,
“Yeah, I’m going to the hospital, oh my god, it looks like an f**king devil horn.”
The Tiktoker posted another video on her TikTok in which she could be spotted icing her head.
She captioned the video as, “when you were supposed to record a podcast, but now you’re icing your head with a Trader Joe’s acai packet waiting for the police to come.”
The 23-year-old Kate posted her fourth video in this regard. In the final video she thanked her fans and followers for their concern.
In the video itself, Halley Kate confirmed with the doctor that she just has to look for vision loss or vomiting symptoms, otherwise she would be okay.
CBS News reported that they have arrested 40-year-old Skiboky Stora on Wednesday for randomly attacking Kate.
