Pro-khalistan Figure Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s CCTV footage of Murder Made Public in Canada

A video featuring the pro-Khalistan figure, Hardeep Singh Nijjar has gone viral all over the internet. In the video, Hardeep Singh Nijjar could be seen getting killed, which aired on Friday in a TV news program.

The video has been taken from a CCTV camera. The surveillance camera offered a view of the evening of June 18, 2023. The parking lot of Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara Sahib is visible.

In the video, a Dodge Ram pickup truck driven by Nijjar can be seen whose path got blocked by a white sedan.

From the scene, two individuals ran towards the truck. They are anticipated to be Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s murderers. However, later they escaped in a Toyota Camry.

According to FirstPost, this video was initially aired by CBC News, a Government-funded media outlet.

Recent Developments in the Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s Murder Case

Globe and Mail media outlet also reported that “A senior federal source said the Trudeau government is frustrated that no arrests have been made.”

Currently, the case is under the IHIT, the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team. As per an August 2023 release, IHIT investigators stated that there is an involvement of a third person. The driver of the vehicle is the third person who is also responsible for killing an important pro-Khalistan personality of the country. The incident occurred on June 18, 2023, in the British Columbia province, in the town of Surrey.

However, in a Wednesday release, the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team reported that the 2008 Toyota Camry drove away the suspects of the case. A grainy picture was made public in which the driver was visible. The captured picture was extracted from the CCTV.

As per reports by the Globe and Mail, Canadian law enforcement had been eyeing two people involved in the murder case in December 2023. Authorities said that the suspects “could be arrested within weeks.”

Mint reported the statement by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Citing a source, the RCMP “told the Government that they want to make sure the case will not fall apart at trial before arrests are made.”

Furthermore, “police will explain the alleged assassins’ involvement and that of the Indian government when charges are laid against the two men.”

Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s killing resulted in a crack in Canada-India relations. Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau stated on September 18 in the House of Commons that, “there were credible allegations of a potential link between Indian agents and the murder.”
