Famous social media influencer and TikToker Gabrielle Egan, with around 4 million followers, has been arrested for assaulting a waitress and a police officer.
She was visiting Nashville and partying in Lower Broadway with friends when the altercation occurred. According to police records, while at Rippy’s Honky Tonk with her friends, she struck one of the waitresses in the face.
It is alleged that the waitress was delivering food to a nearby table when she stumbled upon Egan, causing the server to fall. Egan reportedly said, “You need to watch out,” right before hitting the waitress on the side of the head.

The police record states that later, the waitress informed the restaurant security about the incident and asked them to call the police. Once the police arrived, they spoke with the waitress to understand the situation fully. Meanwhile, Egan pushed another Rippy’s Honky Tonk employee and started threatening them.
She was detained at a nearby station. Even in custody, she initiated a fight with one of the officers. According to her arrest warrant, she leaned forward, head-butted the officer, hitting his jaw, and causing his lip to swell.
As a result, she was charged with assault with bodily injury to a first responder. However, the waitress did not want to press charges, and no other victims spoke out against the influencer.
